DSW or not... that's a pretty sweet build. I can't really fault it for anything. If i was being picky, I'd say it would look even better without he big cone spacer under the stem, but I'm also of the believe that you gotta be able to ride a good looking bike, so if you need that spacer for your fit, so be it... go out and enjoy that awesome bike.

Isn't the Allez (not DSW) kind of an entry level bike? Would seem a bit odd to put etap, zipp, carbon wheels etc. on it if it is :noidea:

Its an entry level bike because it doesn't come with etap, zipp, carbon wheels etc... put that stuff on it and its not try level anymore.

That looks ace! Amazing what a decent set of components can do for a bike, especially the wheels. That looks soooo much like the new tarmac its unreal, love it!

I'm considering getting a new Allez to replace my old (and heavy) Sectuer as a winter bike and daily commuter now that it has provisions for proper mudguards.

What size frame is this BTW?

It's a size 54cm. My stem is 110mm and I'm thinking of swapping it out to a 100mm as I felt a little stretched on the hood, when I'm not regularly riding.

The head tube doesn't look that bad compared to some of the other pics I've seen of the frame - i know its roughly 10mm longer than the previous allez, and the fork is 6mm longer too.

I'm a 54cm also, so good to get an idea of what mine may look like, cheers.

Almost finished build. The head tube is very low on this steed. Still trying out the fit. It's a 54cm. Got it as replacement for the recalled Allez :(

Looks awesome - that a 2018 colour scheme? I'm looking for a second-hand 52 frame but the only frames that come up at 54 :( The silver 2018 model is too boring for this bike!!

This is my new Allez Sprint. Still haven't tested it out yet on the road. Waiting for the spring weather to arrive in Canada :(

I've got a 2015 DSW Allez Comp and I'm a huge fan of the value represented by these frames... the tech and bang for the buck is pretty impressive. Now that the Allez Sprint and Sprint 2x is coming out, the technology is being pushed even further. There are threads for Caad10's, Supersix's, Tarmacs, etc... but I can't seem to find anything for the good old Allez.

So let's see them...

Here's mine.

FFS ... I want one and I know that I will be fast on it

I'm going to save up to buy one (used) as my summer commuter (I do lots of miles commuting) ...

Beautiful bikes, Searching endlessly to get myself one of these. I'm from Jamaica and LBS is FUJI dealer so only option is to import, only not many online stores for specialized
