Not the lightest but definitely not the heaviest dogma - the di2 adds a lot of weight but it works best for me. The only future changes are the tires, I'd like to try out FMBs and might add climbers shifters in the spring/summer.

There are two layers of fizik gel which add about 70-100g under the bar tape to help with a hand injury, they are on both sides as the comfort is great and needed to look symmetric.
Ill be updating the build list as I dig up the weights from the black hole that is my computer.

I'm happy to hear suggestions.

Fmb tires are probably great for comfort, but the lightweight wheels certainly doesn't help, bling as they might be.

Im in the same boat w/ you regarding Di2. Once you get there, its tough going back.

I love the sky colors, not sure if that is what you were aiming for, but nevertheless, bike looks stunning.

they're definitely not the most comfortable but with a good tire pressure, they actually ride very nicely...FMB just to give it a change when the tread runs out..

I use my front light on the side where the chain stay is thinner to cancel out the polarity...

Thanks!

Wasn't aiming for a 'team bike' at all. At the time, I liked the sky colour scheme the most and removed the sky stickers the next day...but yeah..i think I'm on the electronic boat for the long run (unless I ever get to build that ww bike, but then again there is that 11lbs di2 bike roaming cyclechat)..

a quick update - changed to the arione r1 white saddle and fizik microtex tape.

saddle came in at 144g

can't comment on the comfort yet, still need to get the perfect position but being so flat, it allows for nice movement. That was great for when on the drops and all the way on the front of the saddle.

bar tape, while it looks like it'll stay nice an clean for long, its not grippy, especially coming from lizard skins.

Lovely Pina but I don't really like the look with white saddle and tape combo same as the gloss black combo. Would love to see it with black matte setup.

Great bike, but black saddle and handlebar will look better imo.

Btw; nice Patek!

yeah the black matte doesn't fit like I waned to, being a glossy frame. Kinda dulls it down but I have thought the same before.

The white-white combo is a summer set up, just for difference....If this saddle works well i might switch the ax saddle for the black version of the fizik arione r1...
