Clever purchases! Congrats.

I especially like the red KCNC cabling. Very subtle.

What do you make of the Mt Zoom cages. New Ultimate has / had a similar one.

Did you ever ride your Addict with the original Scott fork? If yes, how's it handle now with the Giant fork? Do they have the same specs - trail, rake, etc.

@ Johnny, the Mt Zoom cages are moved over from my last bike.I have about 18 months use out of them so far and find they hold the bottle well, are 11g in weight and are still in one piece!!

As for the forks, well the Scott frame came from ebay without a fork.I spotted the Giant forks on ebay, claiming to be 337g.They were 1 1/8 steerer, made of carbon and 337g in weight. So I won the auction, fitted them to the Scott frame and it rides/feels great.I have no idea of their rake etc etc,but the bike /fork combo goes where I point it!!!

Sweet looking build! I like the red accents.. the red jockey wheels are pretty sweet! I'm guessing the cassette is a DA? I would like to do the red accents on my Felt F1c that I'm giving a weight weenie treatment to this winter.

@ moriskod, yes the cassette is 7900 Dura ace,27-11.The red jockey wheels are from Ebay, from the Far East and easy to find.
Post up you're F1c when its finished.I have a soft spot for Felt's.

The paint is removed by holding a Stanley blade at 45 degree's and pulling it towards you. This scrapes the paint off.Use this method on most of the frame/forks.For the hard to reach area's I used sandpaper. It took 36 hours,as the Addict had 3 layers of paint that was very tough/hard.For the BB area I had to use 200 grade to remove the last off the paint.
I find the carbon saddle very comfortable,as Ive done 3 120km rides on one this week.

Sad but true. The Giant fork looks way better than the bulky shouldered Scott fork and fits very good to this perfect repainted frame.
well done.
