How high is that climb?

Micky, this climb is 22km long and goes from the sea level to 1380m, but this is recorded in the middle part from around 900m down.

I don't think he rode irresponsibly or dangerously though, just because he sometimes went over the centre line. Which bits do you consider "endangering" ?
