I just got some Challenge Fango 33 tyres (very cheap from wiggle) and on them they say 1.6-3bar and 20-84 psi.. I guess the 84 psi is a typo right?

33mm, even the site states PSI: 23-44, so I 'd guess it's a typo on the print, on both tyres
Just glued the rear wheel with the cross tub. Man that combination of glue and tape is amazingly strong.. I didn't have enough time to center it 100% so I am bit dissapointed with that. Also I don't think this tyre can ever be removed LOL
I recently bought a set of tubs, (2010 zipp 303s) , and one wheel has a new conti comp glued on already. Over the past few hours, Ive been reading a lot of reviews, and read mixed reviews on conti tubs in general. It seems like vitoria may be more liked?
These will be my only wheelset, commuting, city riding, group rides, a race here and there. My top priority is puncture protection, then Id say longevity , then top speed.. but I dont want a tire thats a total brick either.
Anyway, based on my criteria, should I get another comp for the rear, or cut my losses, remove the one comp, and switch to something more fitting to my needs?

As an allround tub i'd say there is nothing better than a Continental Competition. Great mix of all the attributes you want in a tubular tyre.

I also like the Conti Comps just fine (no, not just because I have a basement full of them). Like most tubulars made with a separate tube, they can be repaired, if you have the time and inclination. If not, you can send them off to a third-party repair specialist.
I wouldn't suggest that the Conti Comp is the 'best tire' or anything, though. I much prefer a hand-made tubular like FMB or Dugast. For general-purpose use or for someone just getting going on tubulars, they are pretty durable, in my experience. If you ride in the rain, you will definitely find that a herringbone-type tread is a bit better than the file tread of the Conti Comp.
My favorite all-around tire would not have a file tread. For that, I like the old, Vittoria CG-style tread pattern (All-Weather, Corsa SC, etc.) for the rain. The FMB version of the herringbone shoulders (Competition CX) is great, too. the Dugast Strada is even better. That is a real all-purpose tire.

deermatt: +1 on the Comps. I ride only a handful races a year, and very often use my good wheels in training. They cope well, unless maybe you have a very puncture-risky environment (small metal shards in particular). If it's the font that's already glued, I would consider a 25mm for the rear.

Different compounds sure but different thread patterns? Maybe on the sidewalls but on the central part of the tyre's casing the best thing to have would be a slick IMHO.
Also, where Conti's Black Chili Compound really makes a difference is when it's pouring with rain.
