Thanks for the offer, but I think I'll go with the new freehub option. As @Miller said above, I think when I embark on my build-yer-own-wheels quest, it'll be with chosen parts to make the wheels I really want though.
Good to know that Reynolds make 20h rear hubs for their wheels though, it I'm ever looking again.
