HI!
which is the better beetwen this two wheelset?
DT Swiss PRC 1400 SPLINE db 35 Carbon, Thru Axle (12mm)
MAVIC COSMIC PRO CARBON SL UST DISC

I'm looking for middle profile (40 or 50 mm) carbon tubeless for disc.

I love Mavic but maybe this DTswiss are better?

Is there other models to consider?

Definitely the DT Swiss!
The famous DT Swiss ratchet system (used by many other manufacturers like Enve, Roval etc...), hubs, DT Swiss spoke (also used by many wheel manufacturers), rims and the DT Swiss manufacturing quality.

If you want 40 mm to 50 mm you may also consider the DT Swiss ERC 1100 Dicut DB 47 mm (endurance) and the ARC 1100 Dicut DB 48 mm (aero) depending on the type of ride that you do and the type of tires that you use.

Are you sure? Why Mavic is not better?

The ratchet system of DT Swiss is excellent and also used by other wheel manufacturers(Enve, etc...).

DT swiss spokes are also famous for their quality.

Mavic is also good but they had in the last 30 years up and down in terms of quality.

The Mavic are better in terms of tubeless setup. Their UST system is genuinely miles ahead of anything else out there currently. Tyres go on easily without levers, then seat and inflate using any old floor pump, without sealant. No mess, no fuss.

Otherwise, both really good.

Ok I bought the mavic

For a low profile all round all days,

What do you think about Spada stiletto wide?

Low weight. I find not anything of interesting.

The mavic ksyrium pro all road disc have a high weight.
