650b wheel questions

I’m ordering some 650b wheels for an Exploro and am not sure how wide to go. I plan to run WTB byways which are 47c and I was debating between two nextie rims, first is 35mm OD and 29mm ID or 30mm OD and 24 ID. I’m leaning towards the 30/24 or would the bigger size be better. I’d be running the tire tubeless

The Exploro on paper will fit up to 2.1 inch tires on a 650b wheel.

30/24 is fine to run the WTB Byways
