Hi,

I have the Corima Tubular wheels AERO +MCC (c. 2012/3).

Is it possible to change the Shimano Cassette to 11 Speed (from 10).

Thanks.

Maybe find a better title next time instead of clickbaiting.

The answer to your question is, it depends.

If the wheels are made for 11 speed, it’s no problem. If not, there are a couple of solutions:

1) For some hubs you can just buy a 11 speed body and replace the 10 speed body. This is possible on DT Swiss hubs and some others.

2) You could buy a new hub suited for 11 speed and relace the wheel with the new hub.

3) You could also install a campa body instead of the shimano one, and run a 11 speed campa cassette. They work fine with shimano 11 speed drivetrain.

4) There are some specially manufactured 11 speed cassettes, that fit 10 speed bodies. They are pretty expensive and this is IMO not the correct way to solve this problem. Not sure, but maybe Token manufacture those cassettes. Anyway this solution hos been mentioned many times here and other forums. Google will help you out.
