Want to build a wheelset for the cx bike, and it is going to be a cheaper one. I have been looking at the Shimano Deore options, but seems like, they dont come in 11 speed. It needs to be compatible with qr axle, centerlock disc. Preferably 28h or 32h. I'm familiar with the cx75 hubs, but I'm trying to find less expensive options.

Bitex BX106R is cheap, rolls smooth, and uses common easily replaceable bearings.

I have the thru axle BX106F/R combo but can confirm that they are very nice hubs for the money. Freehub (Campy version at least) is likely noisier than some may like but doesn't bother me one fit.

Are your sure about 28h? They only seem to come in 32h and 36h options.

I've been recommended something like this, and it meets my demands. A set is around $ 70 with skewers:

What about rims for those hubs (28h). What are your suggestions there? I'm looking at the DT R460R disc version. Decent priced, decent weight, look good, and I'm very pleased with their rim brake version.

Novatec D771/D772 and Kinlin XR22 RTS. The bitex hubs in the u.k are more expensive than the novatec's and the Kinlin rim is lighter, asymmetric and generally rounder and flatter than the DT rim. so win win.

Are there centerlock versions of those? I am only seeing 6 bolt.

I think the 791 is the same hub as a the 772 but with a slightly different shell. internals are the same i think.

Bdop cycling was listing a centrelock version of their Novatec R135-11 road disc hub earlier this year, I know because I bought a pair. But they don't show a CL version of that hub as I look at their site today.
