could you recommend a pair of high profile (50mm) carbon wheels for tubular, lightweight / durable and cost-effective (max 600 €)?

Well 2nd hand Campagnolo Bora or Shimano C50 will do the trick if you can find a pair ... Personally I think it would be a better choice then Chinese wheels.

+1 on second hand.
All my wheels were second hand for half of the money, if not less: Campagnolo neutron, Corima aero, Fulcrum zero, LW ventoux... You will sooner or later regret a low quality chinese wheelset.
