You may need wider race wheels then.

The venerable Kinlin XR31T 20F/24R built with CX-ray spokes, alloy nipples and bitex hubs will be 31mm deep fairly aero and under 1500g (1460g with a hub set weight of 280g).

I think that ticks your boxes except on width.

At OP's weight <140 lbs, he could probably get away with BDOP's 16/20 XR31 build kit showing a weight of 1445g.

but if the OP goes witht he higher spoke count the wheels will be stiffer and that a good thing. all dropping 8 spokes saves is 40g. I know this is weight weenies but really 40g is nothing. the op will also have wheel he/she can sell to a heavier rider if the OP wants to at a later date.

I can get 31s built on PWB for good price, maybe doing 20/20 spoke count to be on safe side with Bitex and CX Rays would be around 1460

Reynolds attack or assaults.. nice to have attack since lighter

Far Sports 30mm just under 1400 or 38s at 1470 - in 25mm wide
