Anyone have a good recommendation for a Seattle based or near Seattle wheelbuilder they've had light and stayed true wheels from?

(am moving to that area hence the request)

Portland? Sugar Wheelworks is my go to builder and no sale tax in Oregon/
Let's finish the ride with a 20% grade.
