Upgrade from wheels with Gipiemme H32 to WR Compositi T33-W ALPHA

Hi there..

Friend of mine is using wheelset laced on rims (Tubular) Gipiemme H32 https://www.gipiemmewheels.com/rims-roa ... m-ikz4d4d8

He is planning to upgrade to WR Compositi T33-W Alpha also tubular rims http://wrcompositi.it/en/post_prodotti/t33-w-alpha/

and he is planning 20/24 spoke pattern (i think he is using the same pattern on Gipiemme as well).

So what is overall opinion and experience with both of this rims? Any other suggestion?
