Sub $600 wheel suggestion?

Wondering which a good wheelset for under $600.

Looking for lightweight over aero.

Thinking something like the RS81 C24 is nice, but wondering if there are other option out there, maybe with wider rim.

Will be putting 25mm tires on it, 11sp, rider under 175lb, not a sprinter :p

Handbuilt, you should be able to get a nice set with good, wide rims and decent hubs, easily under 1450g.

Handbuild wheels with Bitex hubs and Ryde Pulse Sprint rims will get you in the 1.300-1.350 grams area and it would fit the purse as well.

I suggest: Hope Mono RS, H+Son Archetypes with spokes (count and pattern) according to your weight and preferences.

If you choose the handbuilt path, the Easton R90SL rim is warmly recommended.
