How are older Zipp 404 clinchers - aluminum brake track?

I often see these for cheap. I also see them often with a Powertap option. It seems like a cheap way to get into power and an aero wheelset at the same time. Any thoughts?

I see firecrest 404s for $1000 US or so if u can afford them go for those

I haven't seen any of those with a Powertap hub for around $1000.
