Can I fit 28 mm tyres on a 59 Colnago Super ?

I was wondering if i can fit 28 mm tyres on my size 59 Colnago Super.

Brake levers are modern Chorus and wheelset that can be used is either Campy Neutron Ultra or Racing 5s ... for clearance thoughts.
