I have a Wilier Cento 1 Air with Campy Skeleton Super Record brakes on Michelin Power Endurance 28mm tyres, fitted to Zipp 202 (25.4mm width) carbon clincher wheels.
Wilier say 25mm max tyre and they would be right.
By swapping the concave washer on the pads to the outside and using the thin flat washer on the inside it generates enough clearance between pad and rim to pull the brakes in, giving about 2mm clearance that without this swap the tyres rub the calliper.
The brake pad frame is convex so by carefully aligning the pad with the flat thin washer you can get toe correct and tight enough to work.
If you then back out the 2mm allen entering screw this took my clearance to 4/5mm such that I could replace the pad washers into the correct order. Centering was achieved by simply moving the hole calliper...
