CKs are really expensive in Europe, don't know about WI hubs.
The 6.7 are great, but according to Enve themselves, the 4.5s are almost as aero, But 140 grams lighter.

True, but you only have to buy them once besides, you could have a friend bring them back to you from the states.
4.5 are almost as aero as 6.7. But 3.4 are almost as aero as 4.5 and so on and so on....

Until I get the chance to test the stifness of a set 404 NSW's, I'm leaning more and more towards the 4.5's. I already have a set of 6.9's for my TT bike, and those could probably be used for very flat riding.
I've seen a set of 4.5's with Enves own hubs, that I can get for the same price as with 240s. Go or no go?

How about building with Schmolke's new 26mm wide clincher rim? Starbike sell TLO version 575€ each and rims are made in Germany. Iam thinking to get these for myself but havents seen any reviews so not sure yet.

I would (and did) pick Bora One 50 clinchers over the other suggestions. You need not be on Campy to use them. Mine are propelled by a Dura Ace 9000 drivetrain. Campy wheels can be had with either Campy or Shimano/SRAM compatibility, as long as you don't mind a mixed race marriage.

I'm on 4.5 tubulars with CK hubs and as much as I love the quality of King, I'm always annoyed by hubs with adjustable preload. That rattle bothers me. This combined with the flexiness of my 2015 303 clinchers is why I bid farewell. The 4.5 is definitely stiffer and braking feels very close between the two (meaning both stop me on 60mph+ descents without alarm).
I haven't ridden the NSW or Firestrike but have a buddy who recently scored a set of 303 NSW and very quickly mentioned they seem very overrated compared to his standard Zipps.
Take that anecdote for what you will. That said, I'd give up my 4.5s for new Zipps just because I'm pondering a full SRAM/Zipp build.
