Did anyone weigh these wheels? The price-weight-ratio seems too good to be true.

Or is it a demonstration of light, strong, cheap, pick two?

The price point means they are machine built or quickly built by a poorly paid human. Making wheels that light is quite easy but the comprimise will be somewhere. It is just not clear where.
