Just got a new set of 202s FC with the new 77/177 hubset. However they have raise and rough seams around the center divide of the wheel (between the spoke holes.) Is this the new world order for Zipp? My 202 FC V9 hub versions don't have this seam, and neither did my older school 202 tubulars. It is probably just a QC thing, but ironically the rear wheel is nowhere near as bad as the front, which is why I want to confirm it is safe to ride...

It's safe. My 303 are like that and I think it has more to do with lowering quality standards from a manufacturing change than quality control. I'm not complaining too much though cause I got these relatively dirt cheap for carbon clinchers.

Did you get a weight for your 202s?
