Any tips for keeping fsa rim tape centered on the rim ?
Got a flat recently and tape was shifted enough to expose spoke hole.

the tape is no longer smooth but imprinted with the rim shape and spoke holes
So even more difficult to center.

Get new tape. Cotton type preferred, normally they have sticky back and will last for lifetimes.

Stans.

Much thinner than cloth tape - easier to mount tyres. Lighter. Doesn't soak up water.
Snacking on carrot sticks - Where did it all go so wrong?

Buy cheap kapton tape on ebay with the same width as your rim bed. Wrap two layers and you are all set for life. Thin, light, cheap, smooth, all good!

Interesting 3 different opinions right off the bat.

Anyways never seen that Kapton option, will have to buy some and check it out. Seems super cheap.
