I was putzing around with my TI bike today and changed out the wheels from clinchers to a set of HED Belgium tubulars with 25mm tyres Arenburg built on a set of DT 240 hubs.
I notice that the rear wheel is off set from the chain stays by about 5 to 6mm. Is there a way to center the hub to even the distance between the chain stays?
I thought about putting a 27mm in the rear but it will be rear close to the left side.
I looked on the net and could not find any info.
Thankss Brian

Your wheel is dished incorrectly. Or the frame is bent...... or it could just be that the stays aren't the same size. Or your dropouts are worn.
Putting the wheel in the other way round will eliminate a couple of these.

Turn the wheel around, and see if the gap stays the same side.
If it changes too, it looks like you need to dish it correctly

OH s#^t, Just me being stupid. After re visiting and looking at the wheel it was off the opposite direction at the brake bridge.
I changed the QR to a campagnolo branded cam type and reinstalled. It seems it was either the cheap QR or the wheel was cocked the slightest in the DS drop out.
It is now within a mm or so side to side now and the wheel spins true to the center of the bridge and stays true all the way around and I should have plenty of room for a 27mm.
Thanks for the help.
