Aluminum faired tubulars?

Are there any aluminum tubular rims/wheels that have an aero fairing? Preferably 50ish mm
Similar to the Hed Jet wheels, but tubular. And they have to be recent enough to be 11 speed compatible, or available as just rims.

I am asking for a friend that is very biased/set in his opinions(even if not fact based), hates carbon braking surfaces, loves tubulars, and wants aero wheels.

And it is people like that that keep these faired rims alive. The thing is there is no aftermarket supply so your friend will have to make do with alloy tubular rims. What a hardship.

There are some Hed Jets in the wild that are tubular but you have to hunt around to come across them. Similarly there are also Mavic Cosmic (52mm) in both normal alu and exalith track in tubular out there that were given to teams.
