38mm deep is quite pointless not much weight saving for less aerodynamic wheel. If you want aero go wide and deeper that wins in terms of performance over weight every time.
Alu rims means a brake track that will wear out. full carbon rims have longer lived brake tracks and many now have excellent braking.
so on both counts I think you are looking for the wrong rim for what your bike is about.
