I'm looking to build a pair of new wheels, and now moving over to 11 speed campagnolo.
Apart from the super record hubs what would be a good option for a reliable light hub. I'm going for 24 hole rear and 16 hole front.

Thanks in advance.

I'm looking at this too, and considering Chris King R45, Tune Mig70/170 or dura ace 9000.

The wheelbuilders I have spoken to don't recommend going lower than 24/28 CX spokes, I'm 70KG.

Hubs from Bikehubstore have an excellent reputation and have served me well.

One.

So let's just say I'm drivin' this buggy...

It depends on the wheelbuilder - 24/28 is pretty conservative at that weight, but the higher spoke count does make it easier to disguise mistakes when building. For that 16/24 build, what rims are you looking to use? Unless you're very light, I'd recommend some fairly robust spokes and a stiff rim to keep things together.

I'm fairly light...65kg.
The last wheels i had built were using DT Aerolights and 25mm wide carbon rims i sourced from china.
Have been very happy with the quality and durability of them so far. This will be my 6th pair.
Iv'e got a pair of "25s" using Extralite sx rear hub. I think they have a new hub ? Any comments on this hub ?

What kind of rims are you planning on using? That information is important in order to give you the right advice.

If you are lacing the hubs to a carbon rim, you can use whatever hub you like...
