Carbon Wheels all-round for a TT bike

I am currently riding a Speed Concept with stock wheels. I am debating on which carbon wheelset to purchase. It is a fairly windy area with some elevation. I need to be able to put them on my road bike for rides too. Should I go with a 50mm in the front and 70mm in the rear OR 70mm in the front and 90mm in the rear. Which set would do better for both the Speed Concept and road bike considering the conditions.
Thanks
Thanks

I suppose you're considering Bontrager Aeolus 5/7/9s.
70/90's benefits over the 50/70 is not worth the extra weight and crosswind instabilities IMHO. Unless you're a pro that needs every second on a TT and not bothered by crosswinds, you should go for 50/70.
On a road bike you have the same weight and crosswind issues and the aerodynamic benefits are smaller (as you are in a bunch). Especially if you're considering putting them on a road bike, go for the 50/70 combo.

If you plan on using them on two bikes, I'd got 50/70. I have an older SC7, and use Reynolds 66's F/R, but I don't move them between bikes. I definitely wouldn't want to go larger than 70 in the back, if you're going to be switching between bikes.

FIJIGabe and Effeballi, Thanks. I was somewhat thinking that.

I would choose the shallower wheelset. I have a Hed stinger 9 on my tt bike and I use an ENVE 6.7 wheelset on my road bike and definitely the Enve´s depth is enough for both road and tt.

if I needed something that could go on my TT AND road bike I'd go something like the zipp 404, HED stinger 6, or the new ENVE 4.5

Factor in finding a cheap disk rear. Spend the rest on some mid-section hoops.
You'll be faster across both disciplines with that set up.

I think this is probably the ideal state of affairs. Plenty of discs out there.

+1 ... If you are limited to Bontrager for the set, then I'd personally go for 3 D3s (i.e. 35mm) set and a disc rear
Remember that those fat 35mms are as aero as the V 50mm of yesteryear and handle much better
You'll also enjoy riding the bike more - just make sure you go for tubs pls
