You seem to be after racing wheelset but you dont race. You could get something a whole lot more senisble if you had them built and they would not be any slower. Carbon wheels are not good all rounders and da c35 are half way house at being aero.
This the main problem with all factory wheelsets they are racing wheels sold to folks who dont race But who simply want to enjoy riding. Your are proposing to spend quite alot of money but i would wager that you could spend less and you will ride just as quickly and enjoy riding just as much.
