hi All
The Hyperon's with tan sidewalls look good on Mockenrue's Colnago - is there a recommended max weight limit ?
I can't see anything on the Campag site, but I read on wheelsmith's site a limit of 80kgs for some low profile rims so I'm a little concerned...
I'm 83kgs on a good day (but 6'3")

thanks

From Campagnolo (not too hard to locate).

"If you weigh more than 109 kg / 240 lbs we advise you not to use these wheels . Failure to heed this warning may result in irreversible becoming degraded product .
• If you weigh 82 kg / 180 lbs , you must be especially vigilant and have your bicycle inspected more frequently (than someone weighing less than 82 kg / 180 lbs ) . Check with your mechanic to the wheels you selected are suitable for your use, and to determine the frequency of inspections ."

Weight limits are guides only. The heavier you are the more likely you are to suffer from early spoke failure. The guide is for that. the wheel Won't crumble with 100kg rider on it spokes may break sooner though.
