Where to find nipple washers in EU.

I'm looking for nipple washers like these:

But there's no point in ordering 20 nipple washers at $ 3, and then paying $ 14 for shipping from the states, if there's somewhere in the EU, that have them.

Christoph Nies Cycles in northern Germany has various nipple washers.
But not that big oval type, just normal round ones.
