I searched for this subject, but didn't find anything substantial.

I know there are a lot of wheel building wizards here.
So I'm asking if anybody successfully converted a 2012 Powertap Pro+ to be 11 speed compatible.
I'm opened to solutions....

Thanks :beerchug:

I know you may not want to hear this, but a Campagnolo freehub and cassette would swap over. I'm certain that is the worst case scenario.

But you said you were open to solutions....

Yes, I forgot to specify it's the SRam/Shimano freehub 10S.
A Campy conversion would be very costly (2 bikes, 3-4 rear wheels) .

I'm pretty shure (although not certain) the new Pro version freehub body (11s compatible) doesn't fit the older hubshell...

Louis-
he just means buy 1 campag freehub body, and 1 campag 11 cassette.
so long as you pick one for a 15mm axle
This will work fine on 11 spd shimano.

No need to change all bikes; after all you can only ride the wheel on 1 bike at a time

Yeah, I just found out about this (12mm older axle models VS 15 mm ones) after further search.

Just hope the (already bought and in the mail) hub axle is a 15mm one...
The seller didn't know that detail, although he told me the hub was a 2012 one...
:?

It might be a novatec body in which case the type A2 freehub will fit fine. I actually have stock of these but no powertap of that vintage to test it on.

The PT body is several mm taller than the A2 body, it will fit the axle and hub body but there will be lots of play
