I am looking for road wheelset or just rim size 26inch, 20 nad 24 holes, for classic rim brakes

Not that I know of. I presume you mean 650c or do you mean 559 MTB size if the latter 28H rims is the lowest I have ever seen.

The A23 in fact I think that it for now from velocity. forgot about those. Also BHS has the XR300 in this size and drilling I think.

completley forgot I posted a similar thread a while back asking the same thing!
