I'm about to change pads and wondered how Swisstop GHP and BXP pads compare to the original fitment pads? I'm using alloy rims exclusively.

TIA

I run Campagnolo and have tried the Campy, SS Original Black, SS GHP II, and the SS BXP. I do prefer the BXP for all around performance. The GHP is good to but if your rims are the softer Al (Kinlin) they're a bit tough on the brake tracks. Also the BXP doesn't create the black sludge (well not as much) as the others in the rain IME. Go with the BXP.

The factory pads are really hard to beat on alloy rims.
