Help me decide: Options for replacing stolen vision tc24

After a theft, I'm down to just a front vision tc-24 and it is time to find a new rear wheel.

The wheelset would be a 'go to' for races (except for TTs) and the occasional epic training ride. I'm 88Kg and will be doing road races and the occasional crit.

I had liked the weight of the tc24s (our team does regular rides with significant climbing) and I'm not ruling them out as an option. I've looked around and I can't find any good long term reviews so I'm somewhat hesitant to put the tc24s on the top of the list. The wheels I'm looking at are :

New FC 303s
Planet X CT45
Used 303s or 202s
TC24s

I know that there is a big variance in price for some of these options and I'd like to keep the price under $1500.

Thoughts? Others ideas?
