Hi,
Been using Corima's red cork pads on both Corima and Campa carbon rims without any issues at all, I don't see why they can't be used on Mavic rims too.
From my POV, they have three main advantages: they're about as light as they come, they're very progressive and they don't eat carbon for breakfast.
Only minus is that they're not so great in pouring rain. Then again few are.
I've the latest Campa pads in the cupboard but haven't tried them yet. (no incentive, I guess)
