I saw them on EUROBIKE - nice done and good weight.
They have good geometry (DS flange has more than 18mm from center!)
But they are not low cost - anyway has anyone experience with those hubs?
Road and MTB
Carbon Ti hubs - any experience?

I don't know but where is the Carbon and Ti in those hubs. Talk to Royce they will make you a hub from Titanium and carbon to the dimensions you specify. I did that today for a front and triplet (2:1) rear hub 17mm DS spacing and 43mm NDS spacing. Cliff will make you anything you want but it will cost you.
Price and weight are importnt
ROYCE is high end specialiti - but here folks dont know it and looking mostly for low weight and low cost -
