Again, no real thought brought into rim shape.
Bringing rim width from 20 to 22mm without changing rim bed shape, brake track angle or working on the profile means pretty much nothing in terms of improvements to me , personnally...
Can be handy for wheels changes between other similar width wheelsets though (like Ergott wrote earlier)...

I have been thinking about which tubular wheels to go for next and given I want something a bit more aero than my Nemesis/DA build I have had to decide on carbon although I might invest in some HED rims but there will be a long wait. So if Pancenti bring out a rim I for one would be buying and might even take a few more for stock.

By the way the Nemesis I have had in shop all weighed c.490g not 460g.

Actually, that could fill the bille quite well !!!

The clincher rims probably weigh aorund 520-530 g each.
I imagine they can come up with a sub 450 g tubular rim.
Ideally sub 420g would bring it in the "serious contender" category.

A tubular version should ideally (in my imagination) have thin sidewalls, no clincher thick "hooks/brake tracks", semi-deep channel/rim bed, a solid "bottom" (triangular shaped, thicker in the middle to make the rim longitudinally stiffer, and provide thick material for a durable build. No offset, but de-centered and angled holes would be even better :D !!!

Hey guys. Sorry to say but there are no immediate tubular plans in our forecast. There is certainly some demand, but based on our findings, the size of the demand does not justify the cost of the new mold for creating the tubular rim.
