After crashing my Vision TC50's - and getting some good money out of my insurance company - i'm on the hunt for a new wheelset.

I'm looking at some second hand Zipp 404 Firecrest but

At Bike-discount.de they have the DT Swiss RC 38 Spline T wheelset at the cost of only 999€

There's also a set of Corima Aero+ avaliable at 1100€
Or the Reynolds Assault at 1050€
Another option is to get a new set of Vision TC50's at reduced price of 800€.

Which wheel would you choose and why? Other options, aswell as opnions and experiences, are welcome.

No, no, no, no, no, no

Don't even know how you could consider that? Heavy, ugly and most importantly NOT racing wheels.

They've crossed my mind, I'm just not a fan of the graphics and it isn't removable decals.

Hows that when the Vision TC50's are hardly light for tubs.

Not race wheels? - http://www.competitivecyclist.com/mavic-cosmic-carbone-sle-carbon-clincher-wheelset

Yet nearly 200 gr. lighter just for the wheels.

If you then add rim-tape (not necessary on tubs), tubes and tires instead of just a tubular tire, you get quite a lighter set-up.

But i'll admit, i'd like a lighter wheelset thus the DT Swiss.

No problem, just thought I would throw it into the mix, the SLE is a "do it all" one wheelset, can be used everyday and still decent for racing.

I think they're too expensive in black. But if you can find them at 999€, i would definetly consider.
