Small Chip in Reynolds Strike

Just noticed this small chip. Looks like it might have been hit by a nasty pebble.

I've attached a picture, should I be concerned?

does it penetrate beyond the clear coat, or top carbon surface? the top layer is usually just a "decorative", non structural layer. If it doesn't go too deep, then ride on. If not, take it to your LBS and have them check it out.
