Tricon spoke replacement (DT swiss)

Hello,

I recently broke a spoke an a set of DT tricon 1330's that came stock on my giant TCR sl. I really like these wheels, but I am hesitant to replace the spoke since they use proprietary spokes and nipples, and I weigh about 190 lbs. Has anyone every replaced a spoke on these wheels, and if so did you have problems re-truing the wheel?
