I was curious as to everyone's opinion on the Planet X tubular wheelsets (mainly the 82/50) as to whether they are cheap wheels or actually worth purchasing. I am no where close to being light (200 lb.) and wondering if a 16 spoke front wheel is enough.

I am/was around your weight (and heavier) and after looking extensively have decided not to go below 20 until I'm under 180. Just what I've gleaned from the boards and such - no real world experience sorry. Wheels are my next purchase and for a do it all training wheel I've decided on 20/28
