Currently building up a Factor o2 and wanting a quality, but lightweight, matching stem and seatpost.
I'm thinking Deda Superleggero, does anyone have any experience or alternatives with this?

100mm stem needed (6 or 7 degrees) and 27.2mm seatpost. As discrete as possible.
Using a carbon rail saddle so seatpost needs to be able to take oval rails. As light as possible, but nothing flimsy.

Forgot to mention it's a di2 build, so seatpost needs to be able to take a di2 battery.
Handlebar is probably going to be s-works aero fly

good choice i have a spare set of exactly what you mention, 27.2 and 10cm. i use the seatpost on my tarmac sl5, di2 compatible and top and bottom loading so fine with carbon railed 7x9 saddles like my fizik Arione R1. seatpost layback is a bit unusual at 12mm.

brilliant quality/low weight/ low stack height on stem/8 degrees.

I like this 2021 model stem:

82 angle = 8 degree
175g
2016 Time Skylon w/Sram Force 22 and Boyd 60's
2020 Merida 8000e w/Sram Force AXS and Token 52's

Why not going with Black Inc? Their cockpit is light.
As for Deda I would go with their Superleggera seatpost but not their stem - one of the most flexible in test. Racers rides Superzero stem, not so light but looks good and its shape matches Factor aero shaped stem spacers!

Mines the first gen o2 (2017) which has a normal round headset

Spare as in for sale?

I'm pretty convinced on the seatpost but I have seen some lighter ones (I think it was Ritchey?).

What do you think to the stem? Just because of the below reply about the stiffness being low

I sold superleggera stem 110 mm after about one month using. It feels noodle during hard effort even I'm a light rider ~ 56 kg.

I agree - the superlegerro stem has a noticeable impact on handling. Not worth the weight saving in my experience.

I'm not that light!!! and i have been using the stem for years on an s-works tarmac and 2 colnagos, total milieage well over 20,000 miles and no problems, no sensation of flex climbing out of saddle/under load, i use 110mm. i use them with carbon bars and have absolutely no complaints, hence buying spares for next frame build.

That's a shame about the negative reviews, I'd have liked matching stem and seatpost but I may have to go Zipp stem and Deda seatpost.

I switched from a superleggero to a Zipp service course SL-70 and the front end is noticeably more solid. Worth the extra 20 or 30g to me.

The Zipp seatpost is super expensive.
Think I'm going to go with the Superleggero seatpost and superzero stem.

Anyone got a verified weight on the Superleggero seatpost? 27.2 x 350mm, 0 setback?

I use Superleggero stem on one bike and Ritchey C260 on another (both 120) and not that one flexes more than the other ... and I weigh about 85 kgs
