Im considering purchasing the above mentioned wheelset for a new build. I'm having trouble finding information on them online. At 1080gr for the set its surprising there is little to no mention of them on this board.

They're used by Astana so they are no secret in the peleton. If anyone has any feedback on them please pitch in.

EDIT: By the way I have received a direct quote from Corima of 2900euros. A few english online retailers are selling them for 2200£ a set.

these are some of the best wheels I have owned. They are incredibly stiff, roll very fast, and have very little to no effect in crosswinds. For the weight they seems to roll forever which I like. Seems as other lightweight wheels feel as if you have to work really hard to keep the speed up. Oh and they are drop dead sexy!!!

Top of the line!

I know a guy who has multiple sets of lightweights and is liquidating them for the Aero+ MCC.

French make the best carbon fiber hands down. Now if Corima would address the braking surface like Campy just did on the Bora 35's, I think we would all be ecstatic.

Those are a sick pair of wheels, and they look even better on that Time with the tan walls. Do they have a weight limit?

The weight of the cyclist and the bike must not exceed 100 kg (222 lbs). For the WINIUM+ MCC wheels, the weight of the cyclist and the bike must not exceed 85 kg (189 lbs).
Given that this is linked (DOWNLOAD THE USER GUIDE) on the AERO+ MCC web page http://www.corima.com/wheels/aero-plus-mcc-carbon-wheel.html and WINIUM+ MCC wheels are lighter than AERO+ MCC, I interpret the weight limit for AERO+ MCC as being 100 kg (222 lbs.) for weight of the cyclist and the bike.

I think these are revised so they jumped up to 1130g or so.
Rim, 370g, width 22.6mm.

How do they do in wet braking? They don't seem to have a textured braking surface so quite curious if they're reliable in the rain.

I'm riding the new 47mm MCC S+'s and braking with the Corima pads is on par with my Zipp FC's. I don't ride in the wet [yes I know i'm soft but I ride for pleasure and not for pay] so I can't give feedback on that scenario

If you buy them, do not play around with different brake pads!!
Only pad allowed is the standard Corima pad.
I was told by Corima, SwissStop pads may cause burns in the rims surface layer (then those rims are smoked).
