I am building up some box section alu clincher training wheels.

The goal is to produce the stealth look in a classic 32 hole structure. Box section Alu rims w/ 32h 3 cross lacing. Looking to use rims with true ceramic brake surface (not just ano black) for the braking performance and to avoid the ano wearing off the brake track.

Some NOS options I am looking at, if I can get them:

Open Pro Ceramic Rims (Had many and like them)
Campa Munich Rims - came across these and I know nothing about them other than they look sweet. Anyone have any experience with them?

Your thoughts on those rims or others fitting the above criteria appreciated.

I still have a set of OP CD Ceramics and they have been bomb proof and have lasted a good long time. That said, they are extremly difficult to find NOS any more. I tried to buy some spares a few years ago and had no luck. Liggero (Troy from Fairwheel bikes) had at one time his own WW version but I think the coating proved too brittle.

Trek made Matrix Aurora ceramic rims. They are very boxy-shaped.

The H Plus Son hard ano finish wears away a la mavic cd sup. Otherwise those look like nice rims. Might go that way.

Changed the title as I would really appreciate any feedback on the Campa Munich (Munchen) rims?

DT Swiss I believe used to make a ceramic MTB XC 26" rim- I wonder if they ever made a 700c road version?
