Tour tested some wheels in their latest mag. Might be worth digging that up to see what the results were.
As far as I can remember Bora 50 and Fulcrum Quattro got high grades. Reynolds Aero was very impressive in crosswinds. Small difference in drag between the wheels despite depth. They also tested breaking and only a few manufacturers managed to pass the test.
