No link. Gotta email them. I only saw it because I was looking at their other stuff and saw the 55mm getting mentioned in the comments.

I had a very prompt email response from Vivian about these wheels
55mm U shape as per the attached drawing.

Price seems to be $570. I am quite tempted. LB seem to have a decent rep on here and the fact that these can be run tubless is a plus.
From email:
Rims: 25mm wide U-shaped 55mm clincher rims. Please find attached rim cross-section drawing.
For rim weave, do you prefer 3k, 12k or UD? Matte or glossy? Front 20H/ rear 24H? Please find below link.

I'm really interested by carbon-cycle's prices.
Anyone has a picture of the their rim profile? (for tubulars, 56mm or else)
I know it goes from 25 to 27 at the widest but how smooth is it, is the brake surface angled?

edit: it's angled, but I still would love to have a nice profile drawing

Carbon Cycle rim profiles: http://www.hz-flybike.com/product.asp?id=185

I just got a pair of 45mm/50mm clinchers arrive this afternoon. On the bike today so I couldn't get them home, so sadly no pics or weights just yet.

EDIT. Was very easy to deal with on ebay, and it's only taken 10 days for delivery including the long Easter weekend and customs clearance.

Wowzers. Weights were somewhat, errr, optimistic!

http://www.hz-flybike.com/product.asp?id=184

45mm - listed: 500g / actual: 557g
50mm - listed: 520g / actual: 592g

129g = ~13% off.

I was hoping that I might keep the total wheelset weight similar to the previous xr300 build with some super-light tubes, slightly shorter spokes, alloy nips, lighter rim strips, and some Ti skewers. I might struggle with a 225g deficit. :unbelievable:

They do look nice though. 8)

Great company to deal with. 1 yr warranty. I ordered a set of the 60mmX25wide tubies but they sent me their 23mm wide by mistake. They each weighed 440g just as advertised. To fix the issue they just let me keep the mistake. Should have the new ones in a week.

Anyone know of a 650c option in ~40mm depth and 23/25mm wide? Went through the thread and the main sources but found nothing.

Took a bit longer thank expected. But finnaly arrived. Each rim was 10g under spec, building up with a DA7900 front and DA9000 rear, 16f/24r, with DT aerolites.

I purchased a set of 35mm clincher rims from light, took 5 weeks to come in. They are good cosmetically, Erd close to published, and built up without any issues. I haven't ridden them yet, probably will put some miles on them this weekend and report back.

Did LB indicate what the braking surface is on the new 55mm wheels? Are they available now?

Anyone have experience with 23mm wide, 24mm tubular rims.
With Sapim CX-Ray spokes and Novatec A291-F482SL hubs they should weight around 1100 grams.

I want to build the set for only long mountain climbs and descents. I wonder if there is any direct review of it.
