So they are widest at the brake track not somewhere in the middle huh?
That is exactly what i wanted.
But i don't need anything less than 50mm so i'll wait until they release something this wide in 50-58mm range.

BTW: is the inner edge curve between side wall to where spoke hole and valve hole reside quite smooth? it looks quite blunt in the picture.

^Wouldn't want to be the guinee pig on these but that's about 1/4 the cost of some Lightweights. Probably 1/4 the performance as well.

Kind of an absurd statement. Like saying Chinese tubulars offer 1/4 the benefits of a $2,000 set of tubs. I'm guessing probably closer to 95%>

I asked for the rim weight but no informations , the hubs are light tough
Inside width: 17,5 mm a bite conservative
outside width: 24 mm

I think Munich Composites are some of the earliest believers in filament wind rims with Velocite and theirs VENN rims

I have the LB ones in 25 and 35mm and like them a lot.

However, for Cyber SP hubs you have to use high-end rims, especially since the current 25mm wide rims aren't all that light.

Sorry, I meant that if I spent $$$ on the lightest, craziest hubs available, I'd do the same for rims. The LB and Nextie are more the reasonable choice, and will of course work just fine. I ride mine with Bitex and Novatec hubs.

Yer i was thinking of that but the difference in weight for rims is not that big so i thought it would be better spent elsewhere like a decent saddle.

Does anyone have any experience with the Light Bicycles 36mm or 46mm deep, 28mm external, 21mm internal width clinchers? I'm looking at building up a pair of the 46mm clinchers in disk format for my Felt F3X cross bike that gets used for everything from road rides to gravel rides. It seems like the perfect rim for 28c road tires and 33c cross tires.

Additionally, does anyone have any experience with the hookless bead that they offer? They claim that it will drop 10-15g from the rim weight, be a stronger construction, and be less susceptible to pinch flats. I like the sound of it (I ride my 28c tires at 60-70psi and they say the max is 80psi) but I'm a little nervous having never encountered hookless road rims before.

For reference, I'm a 6'2" 150 pound guy.
