I have done very well over the last year since I bought my Lapierre Sensium frame in 2011 colours for a bargain price and the bike is now as follows:

Lapierre Sensium 400 full Carbon Frameset

Full Sram Red including ceramic bottom bracket (53/39 and 11-25)

Ritchey Pro logic bars, stem and seatpost

Willier team saddle

Fulcrum Racing Zero shod with Ultremo's and conti light tubes with titanium/alloy skewers at 47g the pair

Time Xpresso 12's

I am conscious that probably the bars/stem/seatpost are the most obvious final upgrade and I have to admit that the frame is the best I have ever ridden for comfort and fun, but I suppose I could upgrade that if I was sure I was getting something better.
