I really shouldn't keep looking in this thread, some fantastic looking bikes! Makes me want one, although I don't tend to ride road that much!

Hi, guys,

I've been a long-time follower of this thread, so thought I would post up some stuff. I was in the LA Marathon Crash Ride and totaled my 2013 CAAD10, so am stripping the bits off it for a weigh in.

Photo proof of the above. Forum rules wouldn't let me post photos first time 'round.

Finally feel like my current bike MIGHT be worthy of this thread, but I am certainly not worthy of the bike...YET. I have had a couple of CAADs.

CAAD9 with Campy Veloce and Campy Khamsin wheels
Image

Upgraded the CAAD9 to 11spd cheaply with Chorus shifters, cassette, chain and rear derailleur. I also bought some second hand Fulcrum Racing 3s
Image

The 56cm CAAD9 frame was a little too big, so I bought a second hand 54cm CAAD10 that came with the Hollowgram crank. Took the decals off the Fulcrums.

And currently it will sit like this for faster days and I still have the Fulcrums for slower days. Just bought the Zipps and trying to decide if I like them with or without decals. Disregard the lack of pedals. I swapped them to the donor bike to see how the Zipps felt. Still deciding on what hub to use for the rear Zipp rebuild. I also know that my tape isn't wrapped well, and doesn't match my saddle, but that doesn't affect the ride.
