Hi All

I recently finished building my S-WORKS Tarmac (2015)
The bike is mostly for training and racing so I used parts with reasonable weight which are light enough and reliable

I am very happy with the result since the bike is very stable, cornering fast, comfortable and stiff in braking and hard efforts

Headset : Ceramic speed bearings with FSA extender (carbon cap)

The weight without the Garmin Edge is 6.330gr (Edge with remote and base adds +175gr)

And massive white decals on the wheels, not quite the definition of 'stealth' ;)

Τhanks! I train with a heavy clincher wheelset....for the decals I agree with you I had these wheels from my previous bike - stickers are coated and cannot be removed! Here is an other pic with training wheels which seems to be more "stealth"

May I have question about the crankset? Have you ever compared the DuraAce with S-Works crankset? The stiffness, power transformation, or feel in general?

My previous experience were Ultregra, FSA K-Force Light and FSA Team Issue cranks - the DA 9000 works way better in shifting (its curved teeth helps when chain is in angle), it has less flex in hard efforts and it gives me the idea it is rotating easier. If you find some reviews DA 7900 & 9000 are always tops in all of these.

Weight also for standard 53/39 - 172,5mm is very good since I weight it 637gr... :-)

The stiffness and feel of a Dura Ace crank would be the last thing I'd be concerned about.

Very nice bike! Have your cranks started to make noise yet? They tend to creak at the junction of the spacer and ceramic bearings.

Thank you. No I did not notice anything till today. I have more than 2000 miles on it.
These noise issues are caused by the caps you add left/right side in order to convert it compatible with shimano cranks? Or is a bearing issue?
